A 30 year old female has been suffering from seasonal nasal obstruction for the last few years. Male patient aged 25 years old, Farmer complaining from recurrent attacks of lower abdominal colic and dysentry of 5 years duration, clinical examination revealed pallor, wasting and edema of both lower limbs.
