Cardiology Case 3


   A 62 years old man who is hypertensive since 12 years presented to the hospital with exertional dyspnea grade 3, cough & occational blood tinged sputum. He also suffered from dizziness, headache, blurring of vision together with intermittent claudication. He gave a frank history of coronary heart disease since 7 years being on anti-anginal drugs & aspirin in addition to his anti-hypertensive medication. Examination revealed :  Bp: 160 / 110, Pulse : 80 / min & of small volume.
