A male patient 28 years old with aortic regurge presented to the hospital with pallor, malaise and fatigue. On examination : Temp 39 C, pulse 115/min, regular&of big pulse volume, BP 160/40. He had first degree clubbing & soft mild splenomegaly. Cardiac auscultation revealed an early diastolic murmur over the 3rd left space & S3 gallop over the apex.
