A 10-month-old boy with tetralogy of Fallot is brought to the ED by his mother.According to the mother,shortly upon awakening this morning ,he suddenly turned blue,his eyes rolled up,and he began to hyperventilate .She placed him on knee-chest position ,and "blow in his face" but he didn't improve.He was brought to their ED ,in 100 % O2 mask. On examination ,he is very cyanotic.His pulse is 100,his respirations are labored and his O2 sat is 50%. No murmurs are heard on auscultation.His lungs are clear and his abdomen benign .He was scheduled for corrective heart surgery the following weak.
What should be included in the immediate medical management of this child?????
